Stewart Moore, CEO/Director
Stewart has a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning (Honours)
from Queensland University, a Masters Degree in Regional Science
specialising in Tourism Planning and Sustainability and a Post
Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment from the Securities
Institute of Australia.
Stewart has over 22 years experience in the tourism industry and
has well recognised capabilities in the areas of policy
development, tourism marketing, strategic planning and
sustainability management. Stewart was a member of the Tourism
Forecasting Council for 10 years and recently project managed the
consultations and research process for the Queensland Tourism
Strategy.
Mark
Olsen, General Manager Consulting
Mark has over 10 years experience in tourism and destination
management including eight years at Tourism Queensland in a variety
of roles including Regional Director. Through his career Mark has
worked extensively with the tourism industry at various levels and
has well recognised skills and experience in the areas of tourism
marketing, strategic planning and project management.
Mark has a degree in Tourism from James Cook University, with
Honours focussing on Environmental Tourism and Community

Michael S. Duggan, Manager,
Sustainability
Michael is an experienced project manager/director, consultant,
and trainer having both managed multi-disciplinary teams of
professionals and worked personally as a consultant with companies
and government departments such as: Queensland Energy Resources,
Santos, The Good Guys Electrical Retail Stores, Queensland X-Ray,
the ACT Land Development Agency, Ecospecifier Global, and the
Queensland Departments of Environment and Resource Management,
Economic Development, and Infrastructure and Planning.
Michael is a former Member of the Board of Directors of the
Australian Green Development Forum (AGDF) and an Industry Fellow
with the University of Southern Queensland's Australian Centre for
Sustainable Business and Development (ACSBD). Michael
is a frequently sought after speaker and facilitator of
professional events including, for example, the Central Queensland
Carbon Forums (Gladstone, Rockhampton, and Emerald-2009/2010),
Australian Green Development Forum Positive Communities Event
(Event Facilitator, Brisbane-2010), and Australian Centre for
Sustainable Business and Development (USQ) Business Seminars
(Brisbane and Toowoomba, 2010). In 2011, Michael was named to
a global list of the 100 Top Sustainability Professionals (ABC
Carbon). Through his continuing role in sustainable
development, business, research, and training, he is committed to
accelerating sustainable development and facilitating its uptake

Allison
Rossetto, Manager, Tourism Consulting
Allison has more than 15 years experience
as a tourism professional in Australia, Southeast Asia and eastern
Europe. Most recentlyAllison was the leader of the Balkan tourism
program with SNV Netherlands Development Organisation.
Previously Allison worked in tourism
related development with the International Finance Corporation and
has been a consultant on projects funded by international
organisations including the UN World Tourism Organisation and the
Asian Development Bank. In Australia,Allison was part of the team
that developed the first Tourism White Paper, acted as secretariat
for the Tourism Forecasting Council and was a Principal Analyst for
the then Bureau of Tourism Research.
Allison has in-depth knowledge of
destination planning and development, tourism policy development
and tourism research methodologies including value chain analysis
and rapid and participatory appraisal techniques. She is an
excellent communicator and has demonstrated capacity in working in
cross-cultural situations. She holds a Bachelor of
Administration (Tourism) (Honours) and is currently undertaking
Doctoral studies in poverty alleviation though tourism at James

Josh Sattler, Manager, Sustainability Capacity
Building
Josh has more than 10 years experience in the tourism industry
operating private enterprise and consultancy services to design and
construct several key facilities on the east coast of Australia.
Josh has extensive operational experience within all facets of the
service industry and is committed to the development of global
sustainable business practises.
Josh has delivered successful Cluster Programs in the Gold Coast
and Sunshine Coast regions offering sustainable business
development practices to groups of local businesses and has
conducted training in the National Accreditation Training Framework
(NATF) sustainability programs to registered training organisations
and trainers. Josh is a nationally accredited commercial food
service professional and food service consultant with tertiary

Rhiannon Mahony, Senior
Tourism Project Manager
Rhiannon joined EC3 Global in 2011, after six years in economic
development and tourism for Local Government in
metropolitan regional Victoria. Rhiannon's background is in
marketing, communications and industry engagement and she has
worked on the development and implementation of economic
development and tourism strategies, marketing communication
strategies, industry development and engagement programs, local
tourism association development, awards programs, and sponsorship
and partnership programs. She also has experience in managing
tourism operations, as well as events and heritage tourism
projects.
Rhiannon holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in tourism and
hospitality and has undertaken studies in project
