EC3’s Consulting Unit provides consultation with key stakeholders to identify issues and opportunities relevant to their destination or organisation. EC3 delivers a range of business planning tools including the facilitation of workshops, planning sessions and conference presentations. The Consulting Unit provides clients with tailored services to:
- Identify key regional / community stakeholders who play a role in the development of their destination
- Develop structured workshops, presentations and forums to address the issues / concerns of the client
- Facilitate workshops to discuss and align the goals of a diverse range of stakeholders
- Develop broadly supported outcomes and next steps for the collective network
Grant submissions
EC3 Global can assist your organisation to develop government grant submissions. We have assisted in the development of several tourism grant initiatives, including the Tourism Industry Action Plan for the Federal Tourism Minister, Hon. Fran Bailey.
Data base development
Several of our suites of products can be adapted to measure and monitor your organisation’s sustainability goals, including our IPAT web application.
