In achieving Benchmarked Bronze status, by using the Earthcheck tool and the Green Globe scheme, Eaton Hotel Hong Kong is committed to benchmarking its energy and water consumption, total waste production and community commitment; along with implementing an integrated environmental and social policy.
In particular Eaton Hotel Hong Kong has achieved Best Practice results in energy consumption, portable water consumption, water savings rating, community contributions and pesticide products rating. These measures will ensure efficient practices and large cost savings, ensuring Eaton Hotel Hong Kong is on the path to securing a sustainable future for the environment.

Eaton Hotel Hong Kong is managed by Langham Hotels International an environmental conscious and committed management company based in Hong Kong. The Eaton has actively introduced environmental and social performance initiatives to reduce overall resource consumption whilst promoting efficiency and behavioural change amongst colleagues, suppliers, guests and clients.
As of August 2009 the hotel employed a full time Environmental Manager responsible for monitoring environmental and social performance, maintaining operational records, training colleagues and 3rd party benchmarking and certification programmes.
